The Wright Model B was an early biplane designed by the Wright Brothers in 1910. It was the first of their designs to be built in quantity and was the first Wright aircraft to feature tail elevators. The Model B was a dedicated two-seater with the pilot and a passenger sitting side-by-side on the leading edge of the lower wing. Besides the civil market, the Wrights sold aircraft to the United States Navy for use as trainers.
