Walking back to Holborn underground station from the British Museum at 6.15 pm yesterday with RoyH we came across this congregation of cooks loitering in the corner of Great Russell Street and Montague Street. What were they doing there? Apparently the collective noun is a ‘hastiness’ of cooks. Why, or is Wikipedia up to its tricks?
We had been to see exhibitions by Edgar Martins at the Wapping Project and Grayson Perry at the BM. Both brilliant.

Not bad! Considering the Canon is renowned for it’s (lack of) low light performance!
OK as a record shot – composition and technical quality leaves someting to be desired. Lessons: carry a decent DSLR and take time over it!
