Perhaps these all are so my comment about Lightroom and converging verticals may not apply! You’ll just have to tilt the easel in the Darkroom!
No, these are all digital, so baseboard tipping not an option yet.
Implication is that it won’t be possibel to correct scanned pix in the way you suggest. I seem to recall B&W publishing a techniqe for doing it in Photoshop, presumably a sort of digital base board tipping. I don’t have Photoshop at the moment.
You can still do it with scanned images without a problem, provided that the scans are good to start with. Just import them into Lightroom and play around as usual.
I also usually sharpen mine in LR, not at the scanning stage.
