Taking a day out with a camera can be as rewarding as it is frustrating. One may start out with no particular preconceptions and then some themes or ideas emerge, see www.flickr.com/photos/brh116/sets. And some of the images are more or less successful. But often it is the unexpected, the serendipity, that lead to the personally most satisfying images, pictures that fit into no particular pattern but are individually modestly successful.
