Walk along River Cam downstream from Baits Bite Lock yesterday afternoon: mallard, mute swan, moorhen, black-headed gull, grey heron, house martin, swallow, robin, wren, blackbird, song thrush, carrion crow, chiff chaff – no sign of kingfishers.
