Affinities

Sorting through long-unopened envelopes I found a tiny (67 x 42 mm) photograph. On the back in faint pencil ‘BRH Hotel View Blankenberg’. It’s from a school trip to Belgium in 1958 and taken on a Brownie 127. I’m reminded of a much more famous rooftop scene.
