Yesterday, to an excellent little exhibition of photographs by Gwil Owen, see http://www.ucs.cam.ac.uk/media/pandis/double_exhibition. Apart from the excellence of the images that through a simple, though technically very acomnplished, approach bring out the the essence, both spiritual and physical, of the objects captured, the show makes thought provoking observations about the nature of culture and heritage. Our lumbering, physically dominated, heritage industry might take note.
