Margate 1

I passed this woman as I strolled along the promenade at Margate.  She was there, still staring across the beach to the sea, when I walked back later.  Was she waiting for someone?  Was she dreaming of being somewhere else? Was she merely enjoying the sun and sea on a rare good July day?  Was she wishing she could physically and mentally unbutton herself and join in the uninhibited jollity of the beach?
