Thirteen participants contributed 40 images in response to Tim’s third challenge. The four subjects set and number of contributions were: old and new (8); the ‘they’ cave (6); household objects (5) and a splash of colour (21).
We Zoomed on the 18th May to look at and discuss the images, which covered a wide range of subjects within the categories. Old and new: cameras to currency. The ‘they’ cave: model railways to a den in the Beechwoods. Household objects: mask making to inside the fridge. A splash of colour: flowers to prismatic rainbows. There was plenty of input on how the photographs were made, but not much consideration of why they were taken or what they were about, as opposed to what they were of.
